In accordance with the Distance Selling Regulations (2000) , you can cancel any order within 7 working days of placing it with us, or within 7 working days from the receipt of goods. This excludes special orders & colours, which are exempt from the regulations because they cannot be readily resold. 

A full refund will be paid by cheque (less postage/packing & credit card processing fees), as long as the goods are returned within 7 working days of receipt, unopened and in still sealed in their original clear packaging.

All cancellations/returns must be notified to us in writing (letter/email) or by phone, within  7 working days.

It is the customer's responsibility to cover postage costs for returns. You should ensure that goods are fully insured as normal proof of posting does not cover goods that are lost/damaged in transit.

This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
